Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with medical assistant emphasis preferred.
• Certification as Medical Assistant or eligibility to sit for national exam within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in/out processes.
• Answer phones professionally and schedule appointments; verify insurance.
• Register patient information and ensure data accuracy in electronic records.
• Coordinate referrals and tests; support outreach to reduce care gaps.
• Assist care teams with campaigns and patient outreach as directed.
