Job description

The Care Team Manager (CTM) will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and developing caregivers within the franchise territory.

This includes caregiver hiring, recognition programs, training, and performance improvement.

Duties

  1. Building strong teams - foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  2. Develop and implement engaging training programs to ensure caregivers receive comprehensive and effective training.
  3. Conduct on-the-job coaching visits, and ensure every caregiver feels valued and empowered.
  4. Recognize hard work and help caregivers grow in their roles.
  5. Lead fun recognition programs like Caregiver of the Month and celebrate outstanding performance with creative rewards and acknowledgments.
  6. Manage attendance - oversee and track employee attendance to ensure compliance with scheduling and operational needs.

Qualifications

  • CNA or LPN with people management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience managing employees, hiring, and onboarding, preferably in a healthcare-related setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Experience in conflict management.
  • Critical thinking skills to proactively prevent and solve problems.
  • Ability to visit clients’ homes in the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
