Job summary
Woodford Homecare is seeking a Care Support Worker for Penn area. You will support clients in their own homes, enabling independence and comfort with shifts 06:30–14:30 and 14:00–23:00. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required, and sponsorships are not offered.
We expect caring, compassionate individuals who can join a motivated team and progress within Adult Social Care. Paid shadowing, contracted hours, and travel time are provided.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Adult Social Care is advantageous
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work between 06:30–14:30 and 14:00–23:00 shifts
- Careful, compassionate approach to helping people stay in their own homes
- Contracted hours for part-time positions, with training and shadowing provided
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Help with daily activities to promote independence and wellbeing
- Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and safe home care environment
