The Eisenhower Center in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Care Support Specialist to provide supervision, assist with ADLs, and transport residents to appointments. You will help residents stay safe, maintain a clean environment, and promote independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in healthcare field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Eisenhower residents, including transporting to appointments and assisting with ADLs.
• Redirect negative behaviors and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Support residents in developing daily living, social, and vocational skills.
• Follow intervention plans and strategies directed by clinical staff.
