Job summary

365 Health Services is seeking a Program Specialist to build relationships with individuals and Supports Coordinators, identify placement opportunities, and develop a robust candidate network. You will evaluate skills, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding for Direct Support Professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and analytical skills. PTO, health benefits, and 401(k) eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with individuals with IDD.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of qualified candidates and engage with Supports Coordinators.
• Screen, interview, and match candidates to individual needs.
• Negotiate salary, terms, and conditions of employment.
• Schedule DSPs for initial placement and ongoing assignments.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of records.
