Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our Home Care, Clinical Research, Impairments, and Catastrophic Care divisions. You will handle clerical and scheduling activities to facilitate operations, build caregiver schedules, and manage client status lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Staffing experience preferred, staffing for a facility, temporary agency or in-home health a plus.
• Candidates with call center experience in a high-touch environment is a reasonable alternative.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage all changes to the monthly caregiver schedules for an assigned territory.
• Address urgent issues with caregiver schedules (backfill call-offs, accommodate client preferences, etc.).
• In conjunction with a hands-on recruiting team, monitor and plan for upcoming needs within an assigned territory.
• Assist Human Resources with maintaining credentials of clinical employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and build a strong partnership with hundreds of caregivers (PCAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs).
• Maintain consistent communication with clinical field team within a territory including Regional Directors and Case Managers.
• Generate and distribute prefabricated and ad hoc reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis about a territory's trends, challenges and successes.
