Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. in Chico, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, meals, bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care. You will help maintain a safe, homelike environment and report any changes in health to supervision.

Full open availability including weekends and holidays is required. A criminal record clearance, health screens, and basic first aid certification are required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have full open availability.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals.
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, transfers and ambulation.
• Keep environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Must have Full open availability

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,

  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,

  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.

• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
