Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in developmental disabilities field or residential services preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Supervisory or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery
• Communicating and working collaboratively with Scheduling and Operations
• Monitoring individual's finances and benefits
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served
• Managing a caseload and coordinating the care of individuals served
• Engage with families/guardians to ensure best in class care
• Follow all policies/procedures of Independent Beginnings LLC
• Hold certifications as required by Ohio DODD rules and regulations
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisory staff
