Independent Beginnings LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the system of support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise service delivery, coordinate teams, and work closely with families to ensure best-in-class care in a supportive, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with ISPs or BSPs is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid/Medication Administration certifications provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.
• Coordinate service delivery and personnel management.
• Communicate with Scheduling and Operations to align care.
• Monitor individuals' finances and benefits.
• Engage with families/guardians to ensure quality care.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
