The ideal candidate will master WellSky Personal Care, provide outstanding customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem solving to support clients and caregivers

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of home care scheduling experience.
• Mastery of WellSky Personal Care (ClearCare).
• Proven experience managing caregiver schedules and client service needs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily caregiver scheduling across all client cases.
• Coordinate assignments prioritizing continuity of care and client preferences.
• Use WellSky Personal Care to manage schedules and staffing needs.
• Fill open shifts promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly to clients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with scheduling team to ensure coverage and efficiency.
