Job summary

• Experience managing office schedules and staffing.
• Familiar with state and federal regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and caregiver availability to staff shifts.
• Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.
