Senior Helpers of Prescott Arizona is seeking a detail-focused Scheduler to join our caregiving team. You will select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on client assessments and care plans, ensuring coverage and timely updates for families.

In this role you’ll manage workloads, maintain schedules at least three days in advance, and communicate changes promptly. Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, and customer service skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced home care

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• At least one year in staffing/scheduling/logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of home care/healthcare staffing preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Experience using multi-line telephones in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and client interaction skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage workload based on goals, initiative, and prioritization.
• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan.
• Maintain scheduling three days in advance.
• Communicate caregiver changes promptly to client/family.
• Track scheduling changes in company software.
• Accept on-call duty ~two weeks per month.
• Assist in hiring needs with supervisor.
• Audit timecards to ensure hours match.
• Coordinate shift back-fill for tardiness/absences.
• Serve as point of contact with client family.
• Maintain rapport with clients and caregivers.
