Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve Redirect Health members and internal care teams.
• Manage referrals from inbound to completion and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate specialty services and improve referral turnaround times.
• Support cross-functional collaboration within the Care Logistics team.
