You will manage referrals, coordinate services, and maintain accurate documentation to support seamless access to care and positive member outcomes.

The role emphasizes coordination, communication, and attention to detail, with a hands-on approach and a focus on improving turnaround times and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in administrative support, healthcare coordination, or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Word/Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound specialty referrals from start to completion.
• Schedule specialty services and maintain communication with provider offices.
• Collaborate with Care Logistics team members and clinical teams to improve referral turnaround times.
