Qualifications

• BLS certification required; able to respond in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals promptly based on provider orders.
• Validate and document referral orders and authorizations.
• Schedule appointments with in-network providers.
• Track referral status and follow up on incomplete referrals.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation in the EHR.
