Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a young teen in Menomonie, WI. You will provide in-home, community, and in-home respite care on evenings and weekends, helping the child stay engaged with activities and routines.

Responsibilities include supervision, medication administration as needed, bedtime support, and overnight respite when the child is comfortable. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are looking for a patient, kind, and compassionate individual to provide care to a young teen in Menomonie, WI. We are hopeful for a provider that is consistent, playful, and understanding. Respite care will take place out in the community on fun outings, in the child's home, and your home!

Schedule & Pay:

Wage: $17.66/hr

Overnight Wage: $256/overnight

• Respite care would be provided in the child’s home, the community, and your home
• Schedule:
• Up to 30hrs per month
• Up to 5 overnights per month

About the Child-

• Basketball
• Watching sports
• Researching & talking about topics he's interested in
• Writing/drawing
• Going for walks
• Car rides
• Going to the library

Responsibilities-
