ChenMed in Florida is seeking a Lead, Care Promoter who performs Medical Assistant duties and leads non-licensed staff, acting as liaison between management and staff in a dynamic healthcare setting.

You'll ensure accurate patient instructions, manage schedules, support physicians, and maintain records while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ChenMed Medical products, services, standards, policies and procedures.
• Understanding of applicable laws, ChenMed policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong medical assistant intake skills: vitals, specimens, documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare setting with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Leads Care Promoters and clinical staff, ensuring task completeness and accuracy.
• Monitors team performance, manages schedules, and provides feedback.
• Provides MA care following standards; prepares exam rooms and equipment.
• Assists physicians in ambulatory settings and coordinates workflow.
• Ensures proper patient flow, documents, and communications; handles issues.
