Responsibilities

• Record patient interview and medical history accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during exams.
• Perform basic waived lab tests and collect specimens.
• Explain procedures and physician instructions to patients clearly.
• Process phone messages and relay information to clinicians as needed.
