Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs, strengthen patient care, and oversee external partnerships while ensuring compliance and quality outcomes.

The role requires a PharmD and 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy with 2+ years in leadership, supervising pharmacists/technicians, and driving program roadmaps across functions. Salary ranges $128,000–$160,000, with location support across the U.S. and Michigan eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of supervision or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including scheduling and defect tracking.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists and/or technicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve program objectives.
• Provide hands-on escalation support for pharmacy program issues.
