SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking a live-in caregiver to provide compassionate, life-affirming non-medical care in clients' homes. Join a team that values appreciation, recognition, and ongoing training while supporting clients on their terms.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal reminders, and reliable shift coverage. We welcome candidates regardless of prior experience and offer training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required).

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
