Job summary

SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver to provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders, and help clients stay independent.

No experience is required; we train, offer paid orientation, direct deposit, and overtime pay. We value reliability, punctuality, and respectful teamwork, with flexible schedules and recognition for your care.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications:

• Ages 18+

• No experience is required. Willing to train the right candidate.

• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance will be requested)
