Job summary

SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking a compassionate live-in caregiver to provide non-medical companionship and support in clients' homes. You will assist with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders, and coordinate with families and care teams.

Training is provided; all qualified applicants will be offered equal opportunities. Join our team to help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes while earning reliable pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+.
• No experience is required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance will be requested)

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Other duties as assigned
