You will develop analytic solutions, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve affordability and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in the related field; if no degree, 7+ years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Conduct analyses on care pathways, patient engagement, utilization, provider performance, and affordability opportunities.
• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members are likely to benefit from interventions.
• Create predictive models and segmentation to support outreach and engagement.
• Evaluate engagement strategies using rigorous measurement approaches including A/B testing and impact evaluations.
• Analyze longitudinal healthcare journeys to identify utilization patterns, care gaps, and intervention opportunities.
• Apply episode-of-care and pathway analytics to understand drivers of cost, utilization, and patient experience.
• Support financial-impact measurement with actuarial, finance, and affordability teams to quantify opportunities and savings.
• Build dashboards and decision-support tools for affordability teams to act on opportunities.
• Explore AI, ML, NLP, and generative AI applications to improve analytics and decision support.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for leadership.
