Job summary

CuraCor Solutions, with its Blue Cross NC network, seeks a Care Pathway & Patient Engagement Analyst to advance affordability through analytics, engagement insights, and care pathway optimization within the CCS function. You’ll translate data into actionable recommendations that improve access, outcomes, and cost-effectiveness across care journeys.

The role partners with Utilization Management, Care Management, Network, Pharmacy, Actuarial, Finance, Technology, and Clinical teams in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in a related analytics field; or 7+ years without a degree.
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims and care pathways to identify affordability opportunities.
• Develop analytic frameworks to target interventions and improve engagement.
• Build predictive models and segmentation for member outreach.
• Measure impact with A/B tests and quasi-experimental methods.
• Analyze longitudinal healthcare journeys to identify utilization patterns and care gaps.
• Apply episode-of-care analytics and healthcare grouping to understand drivers of cost.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and IT teams on data assets.
• Create dashboards and decision-support tools for affordability teams.
• Explore AI/ML approaches to enhance pathway analytics and engagement.
• Present findings with clear recommendations to leaders.
