Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a Unit Clerk/Care Partner for the 6NW unit. This role blends direct patient care with unit coordination, reporting to an RN or LPN, and acting as the hub for clerical tasks to keep the nursing unit running smoothly.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus if eligible, a day shift from 7A-7P, and weekend/holiday rotation. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage and opportunities for career growth within the Guthrie system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine patient care activities per RN/LPN guidance.
• Handle clerical tasks and serve as the communication hub for the unit.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Support patient safety and comfort, including mobility support.
• Ensure accurate documentation of vital signs and intake/output.
• Prepare and deliver nourishment and comfort items.
