Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN is seeking compassionate Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to assist with patient care and support clinical procedures, including blood draws and catheter care. This role requires a high level of patient-centered service and teamwork within a busy hospital setting.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will contribute to maintaining clean, safe patient environments and help deliver bedside care across units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Enrollment in RN program with first semester completed and nursing fundamentals clinical.
• Graduation from Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required).
• At least 1 year of recent experience as Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care.
• Maintain unit environmental standards and supplies.
• Serve as liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
• Support unit operations and patient flow.
