Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Enrollment in an RN program with first semester completed and fundamentals clinical.
• Graduation from Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required).
• At least 1 year of recent experience as Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.
• Preferred: Previous hospital experience.
• Flexible availability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care.
• Maintain unit environmental standards and supplies; facilitate safe patient care and flow.
• Serve as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
