Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse in patient care and tasks according to unit needs.
• Take vital signs, intake/output, and assist with activities of daily living with EMR documentation.
• Perform blood glucose monitoring and collect/transport lab specimens per policy.
• Maintain safe environment and respond to alarms and changes in patient condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team; report all interventions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Nursing Assistant certification (preferred)
