Cogir Senior Living in Sonoma Plaza is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting comfort, safety, and independence while preserving privacy and dignity.

You will join a team focused on growth, training, and opportunities, with shifts including day, evening, and night, and a pathway toward career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in professional caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers while following safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs and social activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping like making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between residents, families, and healthcare staff.
