Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Solon community in Solon, OH is hiring a Care Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like setting. You will assist with daily living activities, support safety, document care, and help residents stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
