Job summary

You will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse, collaborate with physicians and staff, and document care in the EMR. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification on hire.

Qualifications

• Rising senior in good standing or high school graduate/ GED preferred.
• Valid BLS certification required upon hire.
• Experience in healthcare support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive patient experience by partnering with the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Support RN and clinical staff with care delivery and documentation in EMR.
• Perform basic patient care tasks and safety checks.
• Communicate effectively using AIDET and unit safety protocols.
