Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents and promote empathy.
• Be proactive in supporting residents during daily routines and activities.
• Support a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for residents and staff.
