Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team part-time. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide empathy, and help create a warm, home-like environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, can communicate in English, and can lift up to 50 pounds. We offer benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal history clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive, and positive environment.
• Engage residents in activities and social interactions.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
