Job summary

The Care Partner at Wellstar Health System in Georgia works under the RN to support patient care and enhance the patient experience. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and participate in care planning with the health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assists in hospital tasks such as transporting supplies and equipment, answering call lights, and documenting in EMR.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; participates in hourly patient rounding.
• Performs audits and supports unit performance improvement initiatives.
