Job summary

Her PLAN, a project of the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund, seeks a Care Partner Coach to empower Care Partners supporting pregnant and parenting women with complex barriers.

You will provide one-on-one coaching, guide case strategies, support client outcomes, and help with caseload management, documentation, referrals, and follow-up. This role emphasizes trauma-informed practice and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in case management or related setting.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching focused on case strategy, professional growth, skill development, and client outcomes.
• Guide Care Partners through complex cases, identify barriers, and develop client-centered intervention plans.
• Coach on client outcomes, accountability, and caseload management including documentation, referrals, and follow-up.
• Support onboarding, training, and certification of new Care Partners; foster peer learning and collaboration.
