Arrow Senior Living in Springfield, MO is seeking a Care Partner for the 7:00pm–11:00pm shift. Part-time role paying $17–$22.50 per hour.

You will support residents with daily living activities, demonstrate empathy, and work on a team that values growth and internal promotion.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma, English communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and background check; benefits include medical, 401k match, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background check required.

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.50 per hour

Shift Schedule-

Wednesday and Sunday

7:00pm to 11:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
