Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Care Partner in Ann Arbor, MI to support residents with daily living activities while delivering compassionate care in a home-like environment. This full-time position offers steady shifts and a stable team culture.

You will work 7:00am to 7:00pm with a two-week rotation (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday) and play a key role in resident well-being and safety. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Provide compassionate support to residents in a home-like environment.
• Engage with residents to foster empathy and a positive community.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
