Vitalia Westlake is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in Westlake, OH. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities and delivers compassionate care in a home-like environment.

You will follow safety and caregiving protocols, engage residents with empathy, and collaborate with a friendly team. The hourly pay ranges from $18 to $24, and benefits are included.

Shift schedule: Week 1: Wed, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Tue, Thu, Fri, 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
