Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Copley, OH. This full-time role requires assisting residents with ADLs in a 6pm–6am shift, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday Week 1 and Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday Week 2. Earn $19–$24.25 per hour with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Eligible candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English skills, basic computer ability, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Criminal clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically active (standing/walking/bending) and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Provide empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment and support team development.
• Engage residents in activities and support training as part of the organization.

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

6:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
