Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a part-time 6am-6pm shift in Blue Springs, MO. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $25 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.

The role focuses on compassionate care, daily living assistance, and creating a warm, home-like environment for residents. Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Computer skills to enter information about Residents.
• Active with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist Residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Create human connection with Residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be present and support Residents and team members.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment with whole-hearted engagement.
• Be curious and engaged in your development and training within the organization.
• Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
