The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join our compassionate team. The role is full-time with evening shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and a pay range of $17.50–$25 per hour.

You will support residents with daily activities and foster a caring, empathetic environment. We look for individuals aged 18+, with a high school diploma, English proficiency, basic computer skills, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Foster empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment by engaging with residents and the community.
• Be proactive in ongoing development, training, and growth within the organization.

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am
