RN Villa Senior Living in Portland, OR is seeking compassionate Med Techs and Caregivers for full-time and part-time roles. You will assist residents with daily activities, administer medications, and support the care team in a respectful, team-oriented environment. A HS diploma and 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Med Tech or caregiver preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and keep accurate records.
• Positive, reliable, and compassionate attitude toward seniors.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting).
• Administer and manage medications (Med Tech role).
• Support caregiving staff and collaborate with the care team.
• Prepare meals, assist with laundry and light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Med Tech (preferred for Med Tech roles)
• Caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care (preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and maintain accurate records
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and compassion for working with seniors
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
