Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is hiring for Caregiver/Resident Assistant roles. Full Time/Part Time/PRN options available. Must be able to work weekends. You will provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.

CSR-style communication with residents, families and staff is essential. CNA/HHA preferred; CPR/First Aid certifications are required. Join a team focused on integrity, joy, respect and excellence in elder care.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CNA/HHA preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent and complete state-required training.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, and respect confidentiality and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
