The Legacy at Falcon Point in Katy, TX seeks a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in daily living activities and provide a safe, caring environment. This role offers flexible scheduling for FT/PT shifts and opportunities for career development within a senior living campus.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily tasks, encouraging independence, and maintaining excellent communication with team members.

Qualifications

• Applicable state certifications required.
• At least 1 year of experience with older adults.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
