Job summary

The Legacy at South Plains in Lubbock, TX is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents daily. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor well-being, and help create a warm, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents as needed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and safety.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
