Inspired Living Alpharetta is hiring Care Partners to provide compassionate daily living support and build genuine relationships with residents and families. The role focuses on dignity, safety, and a welcoming community in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and collaborating with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality resident experience. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word/Excel experience is a plus.

• Get to know residents and tailor care to individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families and the community team.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and maintaining a welcoming dining area.
• Contribute to a positive team-first culture.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

What You Bring
