Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or healthcare operations preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, care coordination, or provider services.
• Experience with patient referrals, scheduling workflows, and onboarding providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient referrals from intake to ongoing care.
• Manage provider onboarding and scheduling operations.
• Monitor EMR workflows and ensure timely chart notes uploads.
