Responsibilities
  • Management and leadership in clinical screening, navigation, triage, and support
  • Develop pathways for patient care through clinical and research systems
  • Conduct project meetings and facilitate appointments
  • Assist patients through the appointment process and facilitate referrals
  • Oversee referral screening and provide information about research studies
  • Translate complex medical information for patients and families
  • Establish relationships with healthcare teams and community resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in outcome monitoring
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or counseling
  • Over four years of experience working with bipolar disorder or related conditions
  • Strong knowledge of bipolar disorder
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience supervising staff and contributing to research or quality improvement
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and care coordination
  • Knowledge of community resources and mental health organizations
Work Details

Day shift, located in Ann Arbor, MI. Hybrid/remote work options are subject to departmental approval.
