Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University seeks a Program Specialist to independently manage the planning, implementation, and execution of a significant program within the department. The role covers administrative and financial functions, events, reporting, and supervision of staff with program responsibilities.

The Program Specialist will manage care navigation program components for the Neighborhood Care Pathways (NCP), handle day-to-day administrative duties, budgeting, and client tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; two years of related experience; education may substitute for experience per policy.
• Two years of related experience; additional education may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee program objectives and deliverables.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets and program expenses.
• Plan outreach activities and internal events with vendors and resources.
• Create and expand communications via websites, social media, and publications.
