Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Care for designated residents during shifts; check on residents regularly.
• Observe and document symptoms, weight, diet and participation in activities.
• Respond to calls and notify supervisor of increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation across rooms and bathrooms.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding and monitor appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; follow hygiene standards.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Engage residents in daily living activities and life enrichment.
